Find out a little bit about the people at Osmond & Osmond.

John Osmond

John founded the firm in April 2002 with his son Will. John joined the army after leaving school but left to pursue a career in law. He trained at the firm of Alms & Young of Taunton before qualifying in 1950. He retired from Alms & Young in 1985 after spending ten years as senior partner. Following this he acted as a consultant for the firm for five years and then spent a number of years doing duty solicitor work.

Will Osmond

Will founded the firm in April 2002 with his father John. Will graduated from Exeter University with an LLB and commenced his legal career in London. He qualified in 1979 and since then has worked in a variety of city firms.

He specialises in Civil and Commercial Litigation and Company/Commercial work.

Sarah Cato

Sarah graduated from Sheffield University with an LLB and studied the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, London.

Sarah qualified in March 2005 and specialises in Civil Litigation and Company/Commercial work.

Paul Flaherty

Paul graduated from Hertfordshire University with a degree in law and completed the Legal Practice Course in London.

He qualified in January 2007 and specialises in Commercial Property and Civil Litigation.

Catherine Dunbar

Catherine graduated from Cambridge University with a Masters in Geography and completed the Legal Practice Course in London. She qualified in September 2007 and specialises in family, property and civil litigation.

Christopher Reid

Christopher is currently undertaking his training contract with the firm. He graduated from the University of York with a Bachelor of Arts in History and went on to study the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in London.

Kerry Smith

Kerry is the office co-ordinator for the firm. Following her A-Levels she completed the ILEX course at Bromley College.
